What does Osteopathy involve?

Consultations typically include a thorough case history and physical assessment. Once this is completed, a clear explanation is provided to ensure the patient understands their presentation and what it entails. A tailored management plan is then developed to support movement and function in a way that aligns with the individual’s needs and goals.

Common Presentations

  • Low back pain

  • Neck pain and neck-related headaches

  • Postural and desk-related musculoskeletal pain

  • Shoulder pain and rotator cuff–related injuries

  • Sciatic-type pain and lower limb nerve symptoms

  • Hip, knee, and ankle joint pain

  • Upper back and thoracic spine pain

  • Sports and activity-related injuries

  • Work-related musculoskeletal injuries

| This is not an exhaustive list. Osteopathic care may be suitable for a range of musculoskeletal presentations
